BOX WAYS

All boxes ways are precision ground and hardened with all saddles lines with Turcite B and smooth precision movement and high accuracy.

Ball screw

High precision large diameter ball screws are pre-tensioned to compensate for any thermal expansion during machining operation.

Hydraulic Turret

The 8, 10, 12 positions turret feature is designed with bi-directional tool selection, achieving quick indexing time within 0.9 seconds. The turret accommodates square tools 25x25 mm and ID tools dia. 40 mm.

Precision Spindle

The cartridge type spindle is convenient for replacement during operation. The spindle runs on class P4 Precision bearings providing high axial thrust capacity and supperior radial stability. This ensures high precision during heavy duty turning.
